Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport, An Ihg Hotel New York

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big, comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and other stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was functional with a King bed and an ironing board, for example. Good service, obliging and superfriendly staff. Reception was pleasant.

The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful on every shift. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation, including a free shuttle service to the nearby mall and train station. It was also conveniently situated close to Long Island, the US Open Tennis center, and the local mall. The breakfast provided was a standout, offering a wide variety of options, including yogurt, cereals, toast, eggs.

The customer service at this hotel was fantastic. the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided a level of service that was comparable to a 5-star hotel. the housekeeping staff was prompt in fulfilling our requests, and the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our early morning flight.

I was caught in a blizzard in Boston and had to fly into LaGuardia Airport. Thankfully, Holiday Inn Express provided complimentary transportation to the airport. The shuttle was quick and picked me up right where I requested. It made my journey to the hotel stress-free. Moreover, the room was comfortable and the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, allowing me to start my day off right. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the small room size and parking fee, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent airport shuttle service and comfortable accommodations. I had a satisfactory stay at Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport.

The bed and pillows were super comfy! Everything was very clean and nicely styled. The room temperature was easy to control. Wish I could’ve stayed longer! Checking in was no hassle. The Front Desk staff was very hospitable. The convenience of having breakfast at the same hotel gave our day a good start. The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially front desk and in the dining area. The location of the hotel not far from main attractions. Everything basically was in walking distance. Fairfield Inn felt like home away from home. After a long day of walking and shopping, it was good to know that we were going home to a comfortable room and bed. Oh my goodness, I enjoyed the shower, the water pressure was excellent.
